Join our weekly Hatha yoga sessions, designed to create space in body, mind and spirit. Open to all levels, each class blends mindful movement, breath, and relaxation to nurture focus, balance, and inner calm.
We will work with classic postures, breathing practices, guided relaxation and meditation. Classes are set at a slower pace, allowing time to move and breathe with awareness. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you're warmly welcome to join.
Classes are at 6pm - 7.30pm Wednesdays.

Outdoor Classes at Tyddyn Teg
Back by popular demand.
Starting on the 29th of May through to September, classes will be held on the beautiful yoga platform at Tyddyn Teg, Bethel, LL55 3PS.
Use of the platform is weather dependant, in the case of bad weather the class will be held in Neuadd Goffa Mynydd Llandygai.
Due to the dynamic nature of these classes I'm using Watsapp to broadcast where the class will be held. Please contact me to sign up to the broadcast if you're hoping to join these classes. I'll also include information on how to get to the yoga platform.

I offer one-to-one Hatha yoga sessions, thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs and intentions. These private classes offer a calm, supportive space to explore breath, movement, and stillness at your own pace. Whether you're new to yoga, working with specific physical or emotional challenges, or simply seeking deeper awareness, each session is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and inner balance.

I teach general Hatha yoga classes for mixed abilities and beginners. I also teach pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and Yoga Nidra.
