Wednesday Hatha Yoga

Join us this summer for Hatha yoga held on the platform at Tyddyn Teg. These gently-paced sessions are suitable for all levels and focus on building strength, flexibility, and calm through classic postures, breathwork, and guided relaxation. Practising outdoors, with views of Yr Wyddfa, offers a relaxed and open environment to move and breathe with awareness. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you're warmly welcome to join.

 

Classes are at 6pm - 7.30pm every Wednesday.

Running through June, July and August*

 

Drop ins welcome, however it's important you contact me before the class, so that I can send you information on how to find the yoga platform.

One-to-one Classes

I offer one-to-one Hatha yoga sessions, thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs and intentions. These private classes offer a calm, supportive space to explore breath, movement, and stillness at your own pace. Whether you're new to yoga, working with specific physical or emotional challenges, or simply seeking deeper awareness, each session is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and inner balance.

I teach general Hatha yoga classes for mixed abilities and beginners. I also teach pranayama, meditation and Yoga Nidra.
