Join us this autumn for Hatha yoga in Mynydd Llandygai.
Sessions are suitable for all levels and focus on building strength, flexibility, and calm through classic postures, breathing practices, guided relaxation and meditation. Classes are set at a slower pace, allowing space to move and breathe with awareness. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you're warmly welcome to join.
Classes are at 6pm - 7.30pm Wednesdays.

One-to-one Classes
I offer one-to-one Hatha yoga sessions, thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs and intentions. These private classes offer a calm, supportive space to explore breath, movement, and stillness at your own pace. Whether you're new to yoga, working with specific physical or emotional challenges, or simply seeking deeper awareness, each session is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and inner balance.

If you'd like a yoga teacher for a special event or a retreat then I'm available for booking on request.
I teach general Hatha yoga classes for mixed abilities and beginners. I also teach pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and Yoga Nidra.
