Yoga classes designed to cultivate a deep sense of calm, balance and rejuvenation. Release physical and mental tension, enhance mental clarity, foster emotional stability, and promote a profound sense of relaxation.
Join us every Wednesday in Neuadd Goffa (memorial hall) Mynydd Llandegai for 90 minutes of movement, stillness, breathing practices and relaxation. Some experience of yoga is recommended but not essential (see below for beginners classes).
Classes are from 6pm to 7.30pm.

Start your week with a sense of calm and clarity by joining our beginners yoga class every Tuesday morning. Designed for those new to yoga or looking to return to the fundamental principles / practices, this class focuses on building a solid foundation through gentle movement, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation practices. It’s the perfect way to ease into your week with a balanced mind and body.
Classes are from 9.30am - 11am
